Delivery time

Orders placed until 2:00 p.m. on business days, are processed on the same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM and on weekends and non-working days are processed on the first following business day.

Delivery to the customer takes 1–3 business days from processing.

Free shipping for orders over 70 EUR/136.90 BGN provided the order weighs up to 3 kg . For bulky items or items weighing more than 3 kg, additional shipping costs will be charged.

Delivery to store

Deadline: 1–2 business days

You will receive an email/SMS when your order is ready for pickup. You have 3 days to pick it up. After the deadline, we will contact you. If there is no contact, the order will be returned to the warehouse.

Delivery of bulky items may be refused due to limited space in the store. The option may be temporarily suspended if there is a large number of orders to the store.
